I have recently been engaged in a mania of looking up acne routines and applying a little of all the different chemicals of the medicine cabinet to my face and watching testimonials for this cream and that cream etc.

There’s a lot of conflicting information on what cures acne the best, but what I’ve found is SLEEP is the best help.
Sleeping soundly for more than 6 hours will help your face clear itself of acne naturally. I’ve been sleeping poorly sure to California heat, but after using the AC more at night and using a body pillow, I’ve been able to sleep better, feel more awake, and lose more acne than I lost with any typical ointment.

If you have a lot of acne like me, start with improving sleep patterns before your splurge on oitments that don’t do anything.
